Sent this company over £14k worth of invoices, won't make payment for any of them after providing a service to them. Only upon bill did they raise "issues" and 'complaints" that were never evident upon work being carried out. During final 2 days of testing the client decided to pull the project and bring in their own subcontractors without notice. They then changed the direction of the project and attempted to replace the software with their own version copied from the old controller that used to run the line. Despite this, they are now refusing to pay for the software delivered, the ten days of very intensive commissioning work, and even mileage.
